My commitment to you is a dedication to excellence in service. I believe in truly listening to the wants and needs of my clients so I can help you make educated decisions based on those needs.
I have been an active licensed Hawaii real estate agent since early 2005, earned my Broker designation in 2012 and obtained the highly respected Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 2016. Before becoming a REALTOR®, my professional background included work in banking, finance, sales, marketing, radio and advertising. The skills and experience I gained in these fields led me to finally find my “niche” and true passion in a career in real estate sales.
Originally from Kailua, Oahu, and a graduate of Kailua High School and Hawaii Pacific University, I was born and raised in Hawaii, and my three children, who are my heart and soul, were born and raised here as well. I am honored to have been able to call this beautiful land my home for a lifetime.
I take great joy in the relationships I form with my clients and have built a solid reputation for client satisfaction. For most of us, real estate purchases and sales are some of the most important decisions we make in our lifetime and these decisions have a significant impact on the well-being of our families. If you require in your real estate advisor the highest level of professionalism, integrity and follow-through along with strong negotiating skills and local market knowledge, please allow me to assist you in your buying or selling experience. I look forward to hearing from you!
"Tracey is very proffesional, attentive to detail, and a pleasure to work with. She sold our condominium while we were off-island and handled everything beautifully. She was always available to answer our questions and concerns. We would highly reccomend her to anyone!"
