My commitment to you is a dedication to excellence in service. I believe in truly listening to the wants and needs of my clients so I can help you make educated decisions based on those needs.
I have been an active licensed Hawaii real estate agent since early 2005, earned my Broker designation in 2012 and obtained the highly respected Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 2016. Before becoming a REALTOR®, my professional background included work in banking, finance, sales, marketing, radio and advertising. The skills and experience I gained in these fields led me to finally find my “niche” and true passion in a career in real estate sales.
Originally from Kailua, Oahu, and a graduate of Kailua High School and Hawaii Pacific University, I was born and raised in Hawaii, and my three children, who are my heart and soul, were born and raised here as well. I am honored to have been able to call this beautiful land my home for a lifetime.
I take great joy in the relationships I form with my clients and have built a solid reputation for client satisfaction. For most of us, real estate purchases and sales are some of the most important decisions we make in our lifetime and these decisions have a significant impact on the well-being of our families. If you require in your real estate advisor the highest level of professionalism, integrity and follow-through along with strong negotiating skills and local market knowledge, please allow me to assist you in your buying or selling experience. I look forward to hearing from you!
My husband and I were anticipating many trips to Kona and much anxiety when we decided to finally sell our unit at the Fairways in Mauna Lani. With his very busy schedule the transaction would have been indefinitely delayed if not for Tracey’s efforts in making the sale painless.
We did not make a single trip to Kona! All the paperwork was handled by email and DocuSign. The repairs and cleaning were all arranged. We wouldn’t have known where to start, who to call in Kona, and who to trust to take care of our needs to make the unit saleable. We didn’t even have to fly to Kona to make arrangements to ship items such as furniture home to Honolulu. Tracey arranged for everything to be included in the sale and was even willing to find clients to take the unwanted furniture.
We cannot thank Tracey enough for all the effort she poured into making sure we were not inconvenienced in any way. There was no back and forth between seller and buyer. Everything was explained and clarified so all questions were answered promptly. Imagine, we only know her name and voice and so one day we hope to meet her face to face to thank her for all her hard work. If there are any persons who have questionable opinions about Realtors, they should work with Tracey and all their doubts will be dispelled.

Tracey was recommended to me by another realtor in Honolulu, to help me sell my unit at the Fairways at Mauna Lani. I called her and I was very pleased with her knowledge of the market and her assistance in getting the property ready for sale. She was prompt in following up with me and making sure that all the things we needed to do, got done. Her photos and staging showed excellent taste. Once the property was listed, she worked tirelessly holding showings and keeping me appraised of the progress we were making in finding a suitable buyer. After a buyer was found, she made sure escrow proceeded as planned. I would highly recommend Tracey to anyone trying to buy or sell property on the Big Island.

"Tracey is very proffesional, attentive to detail, and a pleasure to work with. She sold our condominium while we were off-island and handled everything beautifully. She was always available to answer our questions and concerns. We would highly reccomend her to anyone!"
