EXPERIENCE AND DEDICATION
Linda is well acquainted with the Big Island of Hawaii. She first came to Hawaii in 1973. After living in Volcano and Kona for five years, she moved to the Bay Area of San Francisco where she also sold real estate. In 1998, she returned to Hawaii and promptly got her Hawaii real estate license. In 2006, she obtained her broker’s license and has been active in the real estate industry ever since.
Today, Linda sells mainly from the South Kona area (where she resides) up to Waimea and Hawi and all along the Kona and Kohala Coast. She has sold leasehold farms in South Kona, condos in Keauhou, raw land in Kaloko and residential homes along the Kona Coast.
Linda has spent the past 15 years obtaining certification in several areas of mediation. She strongly believes that this work assists her in negotiating fair deals for all parties. Her transactions run smoothly and, if concerns arise, she is able to communicate with all parties to complete the transaction with as little stress as possible. These skills, along with her efficiency, attention to detail, knowledge of the local market and her willingness to go above and beyond for her clients’ comfort, make working with Linda “the full deal” as stated by past clients F. Joseph and Mary Ellen Stanton.
In her spare time, Linda stays active with daily walking, a consistent exercise routine and gardening. She is also an avid tennis and football fan. Her family lives close by and she enjoys spending time with them when their busy schedules allow it. Linda has been a volunteer with the local REALTOR® associations and has been a member of the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees. She also supports SKEA—Society for Kona’s Education and Arts, West Hawaii Mediation Center and Kona Historical Society.
