Kalima has been exploring the Big Island since he could walk.
He has developed a deep respect for the natural splendor of Hawaii, thrives in nature and has enjoyed opportunities to work in forestry, adventure tourism and ranching. His understanding of the ‘aina has been enhanced by his enthusiasm for hiking, hunting, fishing, horseback riding and kayaking—all of which have helped him discover and learn about even the hardest to reach places throughout this diverse island.
The same dedication and purpose that he has invested in cultivating his love for the land is being channeled into Kalima’s real estate career. In addition to assisting clients with traditional residential real estate transactions, his niche focus is helping buyer and seller clients interested in purchasing or selling land with agricultural zoning—especially farms and ranches—find opportunities that best suit their needs and goals.
Friends describe Kalima as hard-working, honest and as someone who goes beyond expectations. When not working he enjoys spending time with his family, helping friends with projects, traveling, and being out in nature whether it be surfing, snowboarding or seeking adventures in the oceans, mountains and rainforests of Hawaii or beyond.
