Licensed March 4th, 2005, Kahili is now celebrating over thirteen years as a licensed real estate professional on the Big Island of Hawaii. Starting in the beginning of the most recent "boom", she has watched the market rise, then fall and now watches as it continues to climb once again. Over the years, she has gained the experience and expertise necessary to assist both buyers and sellers in any kind of market.
Kahili was born and raised on the Big Island in Orchid Land Estates on a 9-acre farm. Her entire life up through high school was spent growing up in the rainforest of Puna. After graduating from Waiakea High School, she was compelled to experience something new. Driven by her love of clothing and design, she moved to San Francisco, California where she obtained an AA degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. Kahili worked in a variety of fields while attending college ranging from retail to being trained as a professional dog groomer, but something was missing...
For Kahili, moving to CA brought true meaning to the saying "absence makes the heart grow fonder". She came to realize how lucky she was to have grown up in such an incredible place, and that it was time to move back home. It was then that she decided to assist others in finding their own special place and thus began her real estate career. Having experience working with people in all walks of life, Kahili has the skills to market and sell your property as well as negotiate on your behalf and walk you through the escrow process to a successful closing, whether buying or selling.
Kahili continues to pursue her love of the arts though photography, jewelry and floral design and sharing her skills with her young (and also very artistically inclided) daughter. When not at the office you’ll find her anywhere outdoors: enjoying the ocean, paddling canoe, camping, fishing, hiking, cruising on her motorcycle, roller skating, or working in her yard. Kahili is determined to experience as much of the beauty of the islands as she can and is proud to provide service island-style, with lots of aloha.
