After receiving a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing and finance from the University of Hawaii, Frank Goodale started his real estate career in 1988 as a sales agent for Bradley Properties, which became Clark Realty in 1994. In 1995, he was appointed to manage the Keauhou sales office and subsequently promoted to the corporate management team. He currently serves as the President of Clark Realty.
In July 2015, Frank was recognized for his significant contributions to Hawaii’s REALTOR® community when he was awarded the 2015 “REALTOR® of the Year” award by the Hawaii Association of REALTORS®. This is the highest honor awarded by the State Association. Frank’s years of service are many, and his primary focus is raising professional standards through education for managers and sales agents.
In 2014, Frank served as President for the Hawaii State Chapter of Certified Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB), a professional organization dedicated to the improvement of the quality of brokerage management. He continues to serve as Chair of the Hawaii Association of REALTORS® Standard Forms Committee and to teach classes for Hawaii Island REALTORS®.
Frank is also a past Director for Hawaii Information Service (a regional MLS), and was the 2005 recipient of the Hawaii Island REALTORS® “REALTOR® of the Year” award for his leadership on the Big Island’s largest Board of REALTORS®.
In the West Hawaii community, he is a strong supporter of the Chamber of Commerce, Kona Historical Society and several family support groups. He enjoys sailing, diving, and photography in his spare time.
