For Bryce, although moving to the Big Island meant leaving behind his home of twenty five years in Cambria, California, the move allowed him to fulfill a lifelong dream of living in Hawaii. Excited for the change, Bryce arrived in Kailua-Kona in 2000 with his wife Gisella, his young son Cory, and six suit cases.
As a General Building Contractor for many years, Bryce knows houses from the ground up. A master craftsman, he did high-end finish carpentry at several of the resorts on Hawaii Island including Kukio, Hualalai, and Mauna Lani to name a few. When the time came for a career change, Bryce obtained his Hawaii real estate license in the year 2000. Over the past twelve years his clients have enjoyed Bryce’s friendly, easy going and honest style of doing business. His business philosophy is a simple one: "Resort sales with aloha."
When not working with real estate clients, Bryce enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, playing music, and taking sunset cruises along the Kona Coast on his motorcycle.
