In 1995, Beth Richardson embarked on her second career as a real estate professional on the Big Island of Hawaii, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge gained through her experience working with technology companies, sales training and marketing, small business start-ups and human resources. She and her husband Bill enjoy their home in the Iolani subdivision of Kailua Kona where watching sunsets and the rise of the evening star remind them why they chose to make Hawaii their home for this phase of their lives.

Before moving to Hawaii, Beth's multifaceted career included work ranging from a number of technology companies in Silicon Valley to developing corporate sales training programs for Apple, Inc. and running HR and Administration for a global subsidiary of Apple. Here on the Big Island, she spent 12 years in residential real estate sales on the Kona-Kohala Coast with Mauna Lani Realty and Clark Realty's Keauhou office before becoming the Principal Broker and CEO of Kona-based Windermere / C and H Properties. Beth returned to Clark Realty in 2014 as the Luxury Program Director and in 2015 she was named Senior Vice President of Sales and Luxury Programs.

Active with both REALTOR® boards on the Big Island, she was honored as the West Hawaii Association of Realtors “Broker of the Year” in 2013 and served two terms as a Director of the Hawaii Island Board of Realtors where she also served as Chair of the Principal Brokers Committee.

An accomplished life-long singer, Beth was an active member of the Kona Choral Society for many years. In addition to international travel as part of her mainland career and as an avid tourist, she has traveled abroad to do concerts in historical churches such as St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague and St. Stephen’s Basilica in Budapest. In 2016, she toured and performed in multiple cities in Japan with the KCS.

Beth strongly believes in doing business with integrity, professionalism and aloha and she brings that commitment to her leadership of Clark Realty's Sales team working with all Clark BICs and agents to create effective marketing plans for listing and selling properties all around the Big Island.
