Building on experiences gained as I obtained my degree in Studio Art and Art History from Denison University in Ohio, I have been making and selling my own jewelry designs for over two decades. As a “hands-on” type of person, I enjoy the full process of jewelry creation--from mining and stone-cutting to fabrication and marketing.
This from-the-ground-up approach to life was an asset as my partner and I built our own straw bale house in the mountains of Colorado. That endeavor was an empowering experience that fueled my desire for continued building and remodeling projects, as well as deeper explorations into other alternative and sustainable building and farming techniques. These investigations continue to fuel a fascination with different types of houses and structures.
As a Hamakua Coast resident since 2008, I have made many friends and connections in construction, landscaping, architecture and the arts with whom I enjoy a continued exchange of ideas. Utilizing those resources and experiences, I look forward to offering you quality guidance in making a well-informed and confident choice with the sale or purchase of your Big Island home or property.
In my jewelry business, I have made many friends and developed relationships with valuable repeat customers through my attention to detail and genuine enjoyment of helping people find pieces that resonate with them. I look forward to continuing to build these kinds of lasting relationships through real estate.
