Marsha Goodman-Pryor Earns CRS Designation 

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation is the highest credential awarded by the National Association of REALTORS® to residential real estate agents, brokers, and managers. It signifies that a real estate agent or broker has attained a certain level of experience, has undergone extensive training in residential sales, and is part of an exclusive referral network. In fact, of the nearly one million REALTORS® in the United States, only 3 percent have earned their CRS certification. We are fortunate at Clark Realty to have a number of these highly qualified agents and brokers in our six offices island-wide.
