In the past year, we have seen a renewed interest in Milolii Beach Lots, which has a motto “Where the Sun Meets the Sea.” The neighborhood extends from the shoreline to Hawaii Belt Road and consists of 915 home sites that were carved out of an old lava flow (1927). Milolii Beach Lots also has an active Community Association with CC&R’s. Since January 1,2019, there have been 5 homes sold with a median sales price of $220,000 and 13 vacant land parcels sold with a median sales price of $20,000.
