Since Clark Realty was founded in 1994, we have been fortunate to enjoy a 21-year history as the residential real estate market share leader on the Big Island. For some of our senior leadership, our history goes back even further to the years when we were part of Oahu-based Bradley Properties, Ltd.
It has been my honor to lead Clark Realty as President and CEO for over two decades and, for many of those years, to have had Frank Goodale serving along side me as Clark Realty’s Senior Vice President. Frank has become a recognized leader in the Hawaii real estate community and his support and counsel have been invaluable to me. For this reason, it is with great pleasure we announce today that I have named Frank as the new President of Clark Realty. Although I will remain CEO and will continue to be available as a resource to our senior management, I am confident that Frank is the right choice to lead Clark Realty as our company continues to grow.
As Frank takes on additional executive responsibilities, Beth Richardson will step into the role of Senior Vice President of Sales. Beth, who also has a distinguished history of leadership in Hawaii real estate, will work closely with the managing brokers of our six Big Island offices to support our sales agents and to roll out several new initiatives currently in the pipeline, including an upcoming move to a paperless transaction management system.
Each member of Clark Realty’s leadership team, our dedicated staff and our dynamic sales agents make our company both an exceptional place to work and a powerful resource for Big Island buyers and sellers. I deeply appreciate them all and look forward to the future as Clark Realty continues to serve the Big Island real estate market.
