Rick Oliver has been one of Clark Realty’s Top Producers since joining the firm in 2005. His passion for “all things real estate” has given him a comprehensive understanding of residential sales, development sales, marketing and construction which he uses to represent his clients’ best interests. Rick and his wife, Lissette, also a licensed real estate agent, are often to be found on duty at the sales office at Nohea at Mauna Lani, as the developer’s representatives. Rick is also involved in the on-going development of the Big Island Country Club. His keen knowledge of zoning, site planning and infrastructure benefits not only his clients but is also an invaluable source of information for his fellow Clark agents. We feel fortunate to have Rick and Lissette as part of our sales team.

Rick started his real estate career in Atlanta with large scale developments of over 1,000 sales and then moved to Hawaii from Georgia in 2001 to enjoy the island lifestyle and the Hawaiian culture. When Rick has some free time he enjoys the island’s ocean with surfing, diving and swimming and, of course, a bit of golfing.

Like many of us, when Al and his wife Phyllis first visited the Big Island (in 1982), they knew that one day they would want to live here. They chose Waikoloa Village as their home and have been full-time residents since 1994. Having been in the printing business on the mainland, when they realized the Village didn’t have any kind of local newspaper, they started the monthly “Waikoloa Whispers,” which focused on local news and events for both South and North Kohala and was hugely successful for many years.

Al is naturally a people-person and considers himself to be in the information business, providing essential facts to people so they can make educated decisions regarding their future lifestyle on the Big Island. He has mastered the art of listening and concentrating his full attention on the needs of his clients. His clients will tell you they appreciate his honesty and his vast knowledge of the local real estate market and his fellow Realtors love him for his giving nature.
