Steven J. Ellison’s success in real estate is a result of his commitment to the buyers and sellers with whom he works. Steve consistently goes above and beyond his clients’ expectations and they often share how thorough he is and what his attention to detail means to them.
The changes in the market during the twenty-plus years that Steve has been in the real estate profession have created challenges for all REALTORS®. Steve has used these challenges as stepping stones to learning. The value he brings to a transaction is representative of this. His ability to listen and learn and then share relevant information and market knowledge sets him apart.
Steve’s wife, Lauralynn, and two young son, Evan (9) and Sam (3) balance out his professional life with family activities. Many of the buyers and sellers Steve has worked with over the years are a part of his extended ohana and enjoy camping, surfing and family time around the lanai and pool.
As busy as the real estate market gets, there is one thing that defines Steve. He always puts those around him first.

Chiaki Yamada is not one who sits idle, and her successful real estate career attests to that. In just four short years she has grown her business to a level that has made her one of the Keauhou office top producers two years in a row. Dedication to customer service and her attention to details is appreciated by all those that are fortunate to buy or sell property with her.
