Steven J. Ellison’s success in real estate is a result of his commitment to the buyers and sellers with whom he works. Steve consistently goes above and beyond his clients’ expectations and they often share how thorough he is and what his attention to detail means to them.

The changes in the market during the twenty-plus years that Steve has been in the real estate profession have created challenges for all REALTORS®. Steve’s wife, Lauralynn, and two young son, Evan (9) and Sam (3) balance out his professional life with family activities. Many of the buyers and sellers Steve has worked with over the years are a part of his extended ohana and enjoy camping, surfing and family time around the lanai and pool.

Chiaki Yamada is not one who sits idle, and her successful real estate career attests to that.  In just four short years she has grown her business to a level that has made her one of the Keauhou office top producers two years in a row. Dedication to customer service and her attention to details is appreciated by all those that are fortunate to buy or sell property with her.

2014 was also a year of exciting changes in Chiaki’s personal life. She married Jacob LaPlante, her partner in surfing, real estate, and now in life, and gave birth to a very health son, Kai’mu. She and Jacob also purchased their first home together last year. These experiences have provided Chiaki with a deeper understanding of what her clients’ day-to-day lives might entail, helping her be all the more sensitive to ways to accommodate their wants and needs. Chiaki believes that “true happiness comes from making other happy” and she strives to put that into practice each day.
