Luxury PortfolioNorth and South Kohala High-End Real Estate Market Starts Strong in 2013

Two Clark Realty-Waimea (Kamuela) Luxury Portfolio International™ listings closed escrow within the last two weeks, a good indicator of where buyer demand for high-end homes and condos in North and South Kohala may be heading this year.

So far in 2013, in addition to the two homes pictured above, sales for two properties last listed above $1M have closed escrow in Ka Milo at Mauna Lani ($1,529,100, conventional loan) and Kolea at Waikoloa Beach Resort ($1,999,995, cash).

Several North and South Kohala homes and condos priced above $1M have gone into escrow since January 1st and several have had price reductions, including MLS 258639 (North Kohala), 228371 (Champion Ridge), 251809 and 251780 (Nohea at Mauna Lani), and 258003 (49 Black Sands Beach).
