Last week, the home located at 59-540 Pueo Place in the Heathers section of Kohala Ranch closed escrow with a sale price of $998,000. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, part of our Luxury Portfolio collection, was listed by Gary L. Davis, DR, of our Waimea office.
Located just a few miles from the Big Island’s Kawaihae Harbor, Kohala Ranch is a private, gated community accessed from either Akoni Pule Highway (Hwy 270) or from Kohala Mountain Road.
