Susan joined the Clark team in 2005 to oversee our residential property management division. Her extensive real estate development and property management experience began in Honolulu some 18 years ago. Working with major developers and real estate companies, she's been in involved with acquisition, project development and management for various projects; including two of Honolulu's most significant office buildings, each with construction values over 165 million.
Susan has a proven track record in high-level interface with investors, government officials and corporate principals with a natural ability to represent ownership interests.
In 1995 she joined a global real estate company as the General Manager of a 41-story office & residential tower where she oversaw all fiscal and physical operations. For 6 years prior to that she was employed by the developer of a 500,000 sf. office tower as Building/Leasing Manager.
She received her real estate Brokers license in 1990 and is a designated Real Property Administrator (RPA).
From 1999 - 2002 she served consecutively as Education Chair, Director then President of the
Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)
in Honolulu. Susan is also an
active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers
, an organization dedicated
to high-standards of business ethics, professionalism and fair housing practices.
When time allows Susan will be out on a golf course or exploring the island.
