Long-time Kona resident Greg Ogin heads up Clark Commercial Group. After years of experience in visitor-oriented retail management, Mr. Ogin moved to commercial real estate management in 1989 and never looked back.
His reputation for knowledge of the Big Island's commercial market is well-deserved. In fact, his skills were
tapped by the County of Hawaii
in 1990 when he was appointed Deputy Managing Director for
West Hawaii.
Now more than full-time with Clark Realty Corporation, Mr. Ogin supervises the company's commercial property management operation which currently handles a portfolio valued at nearly $94,000,000 and over 540,000 square feet of space. He is also responsible for overseeing Clark Commercial Group's sales and commercial and industrial development projects.
And in his spare time, Mr. Ogin is Chairman of the Kona YMCA Board of Directors and a member of
Kona Rotary Club, is an avid tennis player and plays golf whenever the opportunity presents itself.
We assume that he sleeps occasionally.
