As a transplant from the Canadian Rockies, I have found the warm ocean waters, majestic mountains, volcanoes and rain forests an incredible environment to live in, thrive in and enjoy.
I have owned property in Kona since 1989 and began my Real Estate career in 1990. Real Estate is my full time profession! Clark Realty, has been my office of choice since May 1993. The majority of my business is residential, condominium, land and project sales. In 1993 I was the recipient of the Realtor Associate of the Year award. I earned my Real Estate Broker's License in 1994 and Advanced Buyer's Representative in 2005 anc Certified Residential Specialist in 2006. Currently I am working on the designation for Certified Commercial Investment Management and have completed the Ninja Sales Training Program and retreat. In June of 2009 I was promoted to Broker-in-Charge of the Kona office of Clark Realty.
It is a pleasure to be a member of this community and enjoy the many activities, entertainment, environment and of course the weather. There are 13 climate zones world-wide and we are blessed to have 11 of them on the Island of Hawaii. As a parent, Kona was a wonderful place to raise my daughter, currently in college.
