As Broker-in-Charge of the Kailua-Kona office of Clark Realty Corporation, one of the most satisfying parts of my work is receiving feedback from clients and customers who have worked with one of the Realtors® in our office to successfully close a transaction. Since Clark Realty’s promise is to provide the highest quality of service with integrity, I am always pleased when I receive feedback that cites specific examples about a client’s positive experience.

This week I received a letter from two first-time buyers in Kailua-Kona who recently closed escrow on their Big Island home, working with Marco A Silva, R as their agent. They wrote that they appreciated the work that Marco did for them even before they arrived in Kona. Their numerous requests for information about a number of listings, questions regarding different areas and subdivisions and requests for photos of properties that might suit them were handled with responsiveness and Marco’s answers were detailed, informative and honest.
