The Clark Realty – Mauna Lani sales office meets twice a month to tour newly listed properties in the Mauna Lani Resort and occasionally we do a “field trip” outside the resort. This week, our tour featured two Fairways at Mauna Lani townhomes (MLS 243945 and MLS 237071) and a single-family home (MLS 244131) in Champion Ridge.

Going back one year from this date there have been 99 sales of real property in Waikoloa Village. 17 of these sales have happened since New Years Day 2011. Of the 17 sales so far this year, 11 of those are Waikoloa Village condos. That’s 65% of sales this year!
