The Hawaii Performing Arts Festival will be returning to Waimea (Kamuela) on the Big Island for its 7th season of wonderful classical music and amazing performances by students and staff alike. This year the festival will host more than 70 students from around the United States, including 10 participants from the Hawaiian Islands.

Having once been a competitive diver, I am fascinated and heartened to see the art of cliff diving promoted to the ranks of a world class extreme sport. Hawaii is hosting the Red Bull cliff diving finals in Hilo and what I would give for a ticket!
