The "Naked" Home Tour - At Luala'i at Parker Ranch in Waimea
Yesterday, Big Island Realtors who attended the North Hawaii agents’ property caravan were able to take a special tour of a home currently under construction in Phase 3 of Luala’i at Parker Ranch. The project’s Construction Superintendent, Bill Ferreira, gave small groups of real estate agents tours of the Phase 3 site and of a “naked” Luala’i home. Visitors were able to see the inner-workings before the drywall goes up, inspecting the plumbing, electrical and the framing.
