What is Selling in North Kona?


In the North Kona district last month, there were 22 residential closings. The homes that sold are representative of the broad spectrum of real estate available on the Big Island of Hawaii:  the lowest priced sale – $130,000 – was an 880 sq ft “needs TLC” home in Kona Hillcrest Subdivision; the highest priced sale – $8,700,000 – was a luxury home in Kukio/Maniniowali Phase II near Kua Bay. The median sale price for residential property in North Kona in July was $454,950.
