Steve Ellison has a new listing. And he wants his West Hawaii colleagues to see it so they can share it with their condo buyers.
A few days before the Clark Realty-Keauhou weekly sales meeting, the rumor starts circulating: Steve is cooking pancakes Tuesday at Kaulana.
From as far away as Waimea, they make their way to Kaulana at Kona #A201–lured by Steve’s strawberry papaya, pineapple, pancakes and sausage. (Was it a bit of a bribe? You bet. Did it work? You bet!)
