Karen Gremp, R, ABR, GRI
2010 President of the Hawaii Island Board of Realtors
On Saturday, December 5, Karen Gremp was named 2010 President of the Hawaii Island Board of Realtors. Karen has been a licensed Hawaii Realtor since 1999. She currently works from our Clark Realty Keauhou office. Karen is replacing Arabel Camblor, also of Clark Realty Corporation, who served served as the 2009 HIBR President.
The HIBR installation banquet took place at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel on the Big Island’s Kohala coast. At the banquet, Karen spoke on the theme “Imagine.” She emphasized that, during this time of challenge and change, it is important to imagine new opportunities, new possibilities and new ways to overcome obstacles. Congratulations, Karen!
We also want to extend a warm mahalo to Arabel Camblor for her dedication and professionalism during her tenure as President during 2009. We are thrilled that Karen will have an opportunity to continue Arabel’s work and are confident that she will show the same gracious and dynamic leadership in guiding the Hawaii Island Board of Realtors and all its members in fulfilling its mission.

Mahalo plenty Karen for drawing my page number in Homes and Land. I have never won anything as big as a laptop before.
Happy Holidays everyone! Aloha, Dawn
Congratulations Dawn… it must have been your lucky day or should I say page number? Mahalo to Homes & Land for being an Installation Sponsor and for giving away a laptop in their drawing!
Aloha,
