Wes Davidson, R(S), MBA, SFR
Wes Davidson, also known in various internet forums as WesIsland, brings to his clients 20 years of business experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions. With his background in finance and skill in negotiating transactions, combined with the resources of Clark Realty Corporation, Wes provides buyers, investors and sellers with timely information necessary to make strategic decisions in the current real estate market, helping ensure that his clients’ financial interests will be protected.
Wes has an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. Before moving to Hawaii, he worked in New York City, Chicago and in the San Francisco Bay Area. After falling in love with the people, geography and culture of the Big Island, Wes and his wife Devany made the easy decision to move permanently to East Hawaii to live out their own Hawaiian dream overlooking Hilo Bay, where they have lived since 2008.
Because of Wes's passion for the islands and his experience relocating from California, he has found his ideal role in real estate through sharing his experience with people considering relocating to or investing in Hawaii.
